In that time, he has been a Senior Managing Director at CBRE, established the operations of one of the very first Australian lessee specialists in GVA Grimley, and successfully operated and sold as a going concern a number of his own businesses. 

As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Registered Valuer, Peter is without peer in his understanding of business, property valuation, lease structures, tenancy administration, rent reviews, make good disputes and tenant advocacy. He has a formidable reputation as a negotiator and has successfully represented the interests of some of the largest, high-profile corporate entities in Australasia. Peter remains an inspiration to many industry executives and in 2021 was awarded the RICS Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his contribution to the profession.
