Matt has had two successful careers – the first as a professional rugby player in Australia, and the second as an Industrial Property Strategist.
As a rugby player, Matt represented Australia making his international test debut as a prop for the Wallabies at the 2003 World Cup and going on to play 45 tests before retiring in 2011. While playing, Matt also pursued his interest in the property industry and, following retirement, started his second career as a tenant representative specialising in industrial markets with CBRE.
Matt has since gained extensive experience in managing industrial portfolios for national clients and has a thorough understanding of the process and execution of acquisitions, rent reviews, property disposals and lease negotiations. As an Industrial Property Strategist, he brings the same intensity and desire for excellence that he had as a professional rugby player and represents his clients with the greatest integrity and willingness to do what it takes to help them get the best possible outcome.
