Erin has worked in a variety of roles in the property industry accumulating more than 17 years of experience across valuations, research, and property management. She holds two Bachelor of Business degrees in both property and financial accounting.

The combination of this experience makes Erin a strong strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage large and complex projects. In her most recent role, she was responsible for managing a portfolio of assets valued at more than $700 million and worked directly with Asset and Fund Managers in completing valuation cycles and strategic asset plans.

As an Industrial Property Strategist with ResolveXO, Erin is well-versed in conducting lease negotiations, coordinating and executing lease documentation, market rent reviews, make-good obligations, evaluating potential acquisitions, and even managing Land Tax objections and coordinating fit-outs. She is an excellent communicator and a strong advocate for women in the property industry.
