Darcy graduated with honours from RMIT with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property and Valuations. He is passionate about property development, asset management, and property capital markets, with a keen interest in the business of property and how they function as business assets. Darcy’s Honours Research Paper fostered his interest in the rise of flexible work patterns, and he continues researching the implications for traditional office leasing.
