“For the past five years, Brendan has provided Toshiba with strategic advice across our property portfolio and acted on our behalf in major transactions for our National Distribution Centre and Head Office. His efforts in assisting with feasibility, liaising with the C-suite, leading negotiations and protecting our interests have consistently resulted in market-beating outcomes while maintaining excellent relationships with our landlords. What Brendan was able to get for us on the exit of our previous facility in Homebush was the best result we could have hoped for. I highly recommend Brendan to anyone looking for a straight-shooter who gets the job done with minimal fuss, time after time”.
Ahmad Malas, Group Head of Property & Company Secretary - Toshiba

Brendan is a graduate of the University of Western Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Economics. He has been involved in the corporate property industry for more than 21 years with particular expertise in industrial property.

Prior to joining ResolveXO, Brendan was Regional Director for CBRE Advisory & Transactions where he led a trans-pacific team managing large industrial property portfolios across Australia and New Zealand assisting clients with strategic advice, market data and financial analysis. Brendan gained his initial industry experience with GVA SwaleHynes honing his skills in industrial property disposal, renewals and negotiations. His early promise was rewarded with a secondment to two major ASX firms to assist them with their corporate property needs. This gave Brendan an in-depth understanding of the impact of property portfolios within commercial environments and the broader role they play in underpinning the stability of the business.

Brendan is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected industrial property specialists. He has an unparalleled understanding of the domestic and international market, leasing negotiations, property disposals and acquisitions and the strategic guidance of large portfolios.
