Andy is a Registered Valuer and Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute with more than 26 years corporate property experience throughout Australia, the UK and New Zealand. Andy’s experience in those markets has seen him working as a key strategist on a diverse range of major consulting projects and asset classes with both corporate occupiers and government bodies. For the last 20 years, he has been a specialist in corporate tenancy representation and advocacy.
In addition to a skill set that includes developing and implementing occupier property strategies for lease acquisitions and renewals, disposals, market rent reviews, valuations, compulsory purchase, feasibility and make goods projects, Andy has a keen understanding of business operations and the drivers of corporate decision-making.
