Andy has more than 20 years corporate property experience throughout the UK, New Zealand and Australia and is a Registered Valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Andy’s experience in those markets has seen him working as a key strategist on a wide range of major consulting projects with both government bodies and the largest of corporate occupiers. For the last 15 years, he has been a specialist in corporate tenancy representation and advocacy. 

In addition to a skill set that includes developing occupier strategies, lease negotiation, lease acquisitions and renewals, disposals, rent reviews, valuations, feasibility analysis and make goods, Andy has a keen understanding of business operations and the drivers of corporate decision-making. This understanding and his associated skills make Andy a valuable strategic asset to any client.
