Anna has worked in the corporate property industry for more than 12 years, representing clients throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Her career started in commercial property management with a portfolio of suburban and city fringe office assets, before moving into services-based roles. The latter included two years managing the leasing and corporate property strategy requirements for Ernst & Young across their premises throughout Oceania.

With her significant experience in working with both landlords and occupiers, Anna has an excellent understanding of what motivates each party in a transaction. This experience, combined with her qualifications in commercial law, has made her a canny operator and skilful negotiator.

Anna’s specialisations include lease acquisitions, lease renewals, portfolio strategy, market intelligence, rent reviews and make good settlements.
